Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• Parents/guardians are responsible for accounts created by minors

Account Responsibilities

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

Account Termination

Billing & Renewals

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Physical product returns accepted within 30 days in original condition
• Digital product sales are final once access is granted
• Refunds for technical issues or service unavailability will be considered case-by-case

Our Content

• All Platform content is owned by us or licensed from third parties
• This includes text, images, videos, audio, software, and design elements
• Our trademarks include "Black Scientists & Inventors" and associated logos
• Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Your License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our software

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (forum posts, ideas, feedback)

Technical Violations
